Relax in the lounge room, which includes wide flat screen television with full Foxtel Pay TV channels and quality sound and entertainment system. Large family laundry facility, including washing machine and dryer. A generous fully tiled ensuite and main bathroom provide two showers and a bath, for the comfort of all guests. Also each room is fully airconditioned for your year round comfort.

Location
150 mtrs west of the Gold Coast Highway and Burleigh Heads McDonalds restaurant, located at 5th Avenue and only 250 metres walk to the beach.
Coles supermaket, bus transport routes and a number of different restuarants are all within a short stroll from your front door (if you ever wanted to leave) and the local bus service will take you to the heart of Surfers Paradise in around 15 minutes.
Theme parks are easy to access by driving west to the M1 and then north towards Brisbane for 20 minutes.
Children, Infants & Extra Persons
Standard nightly rate includes eight (8) Persons. Children under Three (3) years of age stay for FREE. Extra person charges are $25.00 each per night. Cancellation fees include $100.00 if advised thirty (30) days prior to your stay. The full booking amount maybe charged if property is unable to be re-let for that period.
