1. Cancellations and amendments to bookings are subject to the following conditions:

2. Inventory is supplied by the accommodation provider and as such Howzat accepts no responsibility or liability for the unavailability of any accommodation.
3. Information on the quality, amenities, star ratings, facilities and or general conditions are provided by the accommodation supplier and accepted by Howzat in good faith. Howzat makes no warranty as to the accuracy of these claims and accept no responsibility for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
4. Howzat makes its best endeavours to ensure that the information available on the site is accurate, current and free from errors or omissions, but cannot guarantee this. Howzat reserves right to alter, change or remove any information from the site at any time.
5. Howzat offers are not commissionable to Travel Agents and Howzat receives a consideration from accommodation suppliers for providing this service.
6. Any Extra Person charges applicable are payable direct to the Accommodation Provider on arrival.
